Alex and Sam posed for a christmas photo a couple of days before christmas.

It was an early start Christmas morning and Alex and Sam opened lots of presents.

Alex and Sam made a sled out of buckets and pretended to deliver presents.

November 21st was Sams 3rd birthday and a scooter was one of her presents.

There has been a lot of running around the house
every afternoon and Sam enjoys it.

Alex also likes to run around the house and moves pretty fast.

Alex and Sam brought some balloons home the other day and used engines to hold them down.

Alex and Sam made some brownies the other day and got to lick the bowl.

Yesterday was Alex's first run race. A 100 yard dash. She had a blast!

Sam Also did the race and too her time to get to the finish line.

Alex and Sam have taken some toy's upstairs to play in the new room. 

Sam doesn't usually like her photo taken but on this occasion she posed for a photo.

Alex likes having a good swing wiith the baseball bat from time to time!

Alex and Sam have been riding the bikes a lot the last few days.



Sandi and Ro our neighbours had some dirt diggers in their yard and Alex and Sam spent a few hours watching.

Alex spent about 2hrs going up and down the water slide at the YMCA.

Yesterday Alex road her bike without training wheels and she was moving along fine without them.

A couple of days ago Alex passed the swim test at the YMCA by swimming a length of the pool, treading water for one minute and getting out by herself. She was the youngest to do it and now gets to go down the water slide. Mum bought her a cake to celebrate!

Sam has also been riding her bike outside and it shouldn't be too long before the training wheels come off!

Today

Another rainy day today so it was mostly indoors except when there was a short dry spell so Alex and Sam got the mail.

As usual Alex controls the letter distribution and Sam always waits for her letter.

Late in the afternoon it was time to pick up the new car and Sam had some fun in the back seats.

Alex was all set in the new car with her DVD player and a nice and comfortable seat.

Alex and Sam were pretending to go to the park this morning. Sam had the snacks and Alex did the pushing.

Later in the day when the rain had stopped Alex and Sam were riding the bikes around.

It got really warm in the afternoon and it wasn't long before Alex and Sam got soaked!

Another rainy day today and Alex and Sam spent most of the day indoors. Once again riding the scooters for most of the day is what happened.

Late in the afternoon when Mum came home it was off to look at Mini Vans at the Toyota dealer.

Samantha was jumping on the trampoline last night and Mum got in a quick photo.



This Morning Alex was taking order's for breakfast in her note pad.

                                                               Sam had strawberries!

It was raining all day today so Alex rode the scooter for most of the morning. Mum was home early from work and then it was off to the YMCA pool.

I am still getting the hang of doing the blog and bringing the camera to take photo's every day. Below are a few photo's from a few months ago. Alex and Sam's favourite place to wash hands and feet after playing outside.

Sam is running quite a bit faster these days and most nights there are run races through the house!

Sam and Alex take turns playing with each other's hair. Combing, cutting and blowing with the hair dryer.

This photo is from a few months back when the warmest place in the house was near the pellet stove. Sam had some engines lined up

It has been a whilst since the last posting. Alex is now 4years old. She has finished her first year of Pre-School (two times a week for 2.5hrs) She never stops running, she rides her bike and scooter all the time and goes swimming a couple of times each week at the YMCA.

Samantha is now two and a half and running, jumping and biking and swimming too. Sam pretty much follow's Alex around and they get on great together. Hopefully I can keep the blog updated daily from now on with some pictures and videos.
