Alex had a busy day today going to both swims and then hanging out with dad all afternoon. There was plenty of walking and plenty of playing. It was hot outside so Alex dressed casual and had a good time.

We didn't get many photo's but Alex did stop and pose for a few.



There was also plenty of running today and Alex has some good form. Dad thinks she runs very efficiently,(maybe all babies do?), but he thinks Alex moves along ok!

After all the playing and running Alex had a good plate of pasta similar to what Mum and Dad usually have after a long day.
