Alex woke up at 5.30am this morning which was a little too early for Mum and Dad on a Saturday morning. But seeing she was awake everyone was awake and there is nothing like a little vacuming at 6.00am in the morning as Alex opened the clossett to get it out.
Alex did fall back to sleep at about 10.00am and Dad was home from his ride when she woke up. Mum went on her ride and it was off to the football field for some excercise and play whilst Mum road.
Later in the afternoon Alex was practicing some swim drills. Mainly the back stroke as Mum stood over her Alex coppied the moves.
Alex gets to watch all the swimmers in the morning so she is getting quite good at it and then then doesn't mind a little playing after a while!
