Alex went to both swims again today and because it was quite hot Alex hung out with the bare minimum on. Besides the swim, the early part of the day pretty much consisted of a little playing and a lot of sleeping.

There is a long weekend this weekend with Memorial day on Monday so Mum and Dad took Alex for her fisrt visit to the beach to start the weekend off. The water is always cold here but Alex didn't mind stepping in it for her first dip in the Atlantic.

There were plenty of Sea Gulls flying around and Alex was having fun chasing them. Mum had to pick Alex up from time to time because Alex tripped a few times, got sand on her hands and then did a taste test on the sand!

Alex spent a good 45 minutes in total running around and was ready to go home after that.
