Alex went to the 5.30am swim this morning and fell asleep part way through. She then woke up about 30min later and would not go back to sleep again when we got home even though she was really tired. Every half an hour Dad tried to get her to sleep but no luck. It was too cold for the jog stroller so it was a challenge. Finally 3 hrs later and after some cheese and biscuits and about 30mins before the 11.00am swim Alex fell asleep and Mum had to stay home with her whilst she slept for two good hours.(Mum got the easy part today!)

Later in the afternoon Alex was doing great, it was really warm out and Dad took her for a swim at the pool which included a good walk and detour to Dunkin Donuts. Then Mum took her for a walk to the bank. Of course Alex sat in the stroller during the walks but when she was home it was her turn to walk and there is no stopping her now! Hopefully get some video footage soon!
