Alex got to go to the pool this morning and spent 45minutes in the water. Alex also got to say hello to the Ford family who were at the pool as well.

After the swimming Alex was hungry and as usual had some bananas and yogurt whilst she dressed in Patriot clothes for the game tonight.

Mums football team the Redskins won today so it was play with football time and Alex was making some good catches.

Alex even made a few throws that didn't always leave her fingers.

Just before bed Alex sat in front of the computer watching some video tunes whilst mum made dinner.
