Alex went to the early morning swim and then after a nap she had some breakfast just before the next swim. Watching a few internet video's always makes breakfast fun.

Once at the pool Alex likes to take a good look around to see what is going on.

Alex got Christine to snap a photo with Mum.



Later in the afternoon Alex played on the floor and crawled and crawled.

Alex was flipping pages on her book and Mum threw her the football.

Alex likes books but the football is fun too so she played with Mum for a while tossing the football.

For the early morning trip to the pool Alex was once again dressed nice and warm in her Elvis Jacket for the car ride.

Alex got to say hello to Carolyn who was at the Gym after doing a Sunday morning run.

Once back at home Alex played for a while on the floor and now she is crawling all over the place found Dads Flip Flops were good to play with.

Sunday's are also NFL football days and Mum had Alex dressed as a Redskin fan to watch the game upstairs in bed.

During halftime Mum and Alex came down stairs to give a score report and grab a bite to eat.

Later in the afternoon Alex got into her PJ's and was having fun with Mum changing the TV channels.

Saturday's are becoming good sleep in days and Alex woke up after 9.00am. Mum gave Alex some breakfast of yogurt and cereal and whilst Alex waited for it she chewed on her favourite toy that she sleeps with and carry's around all day.

Mum changed Alex out of her PJ's and into a white long sleeve and some nice pink pants.

Alex stayed home from the afternoon swim and napped instead. Later in the evening Alex got to crawl around on the floor whilst Mum and Dad played some wii golf.

Alex skiped the early swim but went to the 11.00am swim and then hung out with Dad for the afetrnoon waiting for Mum to come home from work. It was raining outside again so Alex just played a little, ate a little and slept a little.



The camera or the TV remote has been a good carrot to get Alex crawling but tonight for the first time she took off on her own exploring the place.

Mum was a little tired after a long week so Alex took it easy with Mum on the couch.

Alex and Mum slept in today whilst Dad did a 5k Turkey run. After the run Carolyn and Kay came over for a visit and some wii golf. Alex had some fun with Carolyn during the golf game.

Alex liked to grab at Kay's hair and Kay didn't mind!

During the golf Alex jumped a little and crawled a little.

Mum cooked up some vegies, mashed potato and stuffing. But it was the pumkin bread that Alex really liked.

Alex went to both swims today and before the 11.00am swim Mum made sure Alex was going to be warm enough with a good jacket on.



On the way home from swim Alex took a sip of some milk in the car during the 2 minute journey.



Alex sat in Mums chair for a while and watched some TV in the afternoon. Family Fued was on!

Since Mum and Dad have been playing all the golf Alex wanted to have a few swings.

There were no Birdies but at least Alex hung onto the club and didn't smash the TV.



Alex played for a while because Mum was showing her how to putt and the ball just wouldn't go in!

With it being cool and wet out today Alex stayed indoors and besides some playing it was sleeping and eating. As usual it was Banana and Yogurt.



Alex played with the spoon inbetween mouthfulls and likes biting on the rubber spoon part.

Alex got to try a little crawling today on the floor.

Alex had a 2 hour nap after going to the 5.30am swim and then was ready for some banana and yogurt for breakfast.



Soon after breakfast it was into the car seat for the 11.00am swim.

Alex sat up at the pool and watched the swimmers and also kept an eye on Coach Mum as she gave out some time splits.

A couple of hours before bed Alex got ready to eat some pasta for dinner. The elbo macaroni are just the right size for Alex to chew one at a time.

Alex went to the pool in the morning and swam on her back for quite a while until Mum came in to say hello.

Alex also liked laying down and kicking as she moved in the water.

Alex was in the pool for almost an hour had a fun time and didn't want to come out. Once she did it was a quick shower and then home for some food and a good sleep. Alex also turned 8months old today.

Alex started the day off joining the 8.30am run group and with Mum pushing her she flew through a couple of fast half mile repeats. Dressed nice and warm of course because of the cool wind.

After the run Mum was chatting with Becky about tactics in the up coming Thanksgiving day run. Alex will probably do the run with Mum just for fun.

Later in the morning it looked like Mum shared a little chocolate Alex's way!

It was a big day of Mum ad Alex together and playing catch with the football was a game they played.

For a snack Alex had some cereal and banana and spent some time being pushed around in her high chair.

Alex went to the early swim but stayed home from the 11.00am swim because she was tired and needed a good nap. When she woke up she got to change some TV channels.

Just before a mid afternoon snack Alex spent some time looking out the window at cars.

After lunch Alex went for another nap and ended up sleeping for a good 3hrs. Mum snapped a photo just after she woke up.



A little later in the afternoon it was a trip to Target for a short family outing. Wendy's happened to be next door and everyone was hungry so for dinner Alex had a part of a baked potato.



Mum picked up a few things from target and one of them was a new toy for Alex that looks like a computer and plays some good tunes. Alex checked it out for a short while but still prefers the tv remote to play with for now.

Alex continued along with the crawling today and went all over the place.

Dad was using the camera to give something for Alex to chase around the floor.

Alex was allowed to play with the pump later in the afternoon and whilst she still has no teeth is allowed to chew on the cords.

Whilst Dad was out running Mum and Alex were playing on the floor and looks like they took a close up of themselves.

Alex listened to tunes whilst Mum cooked some pasta for dinner.

Alex stills gets a good smile as she changes channels on the TV. The other day she bumped just under her eye with the remote so Mum and Dad keep a close eye making sure she doesn't get to excited with it.

Dinner was just about ready so Alex was watching music videos on the computer before eating.

Alex liked the pasta the way mum cut it up nice and small and sprinkled with cheeze.
