Friday brings the end of the work week and an early swim and an 11.00am swim. Alex went to both and stayed awake for both. After the swims Alex played on the computer and even typed a few keys.

Mum had to go to Dubin Chiro again this afternoon and Alex dressed nice and warm and was happy to get out of the house again.

Whilst Dad and Alex parked the car Mum walked up ahead to be on time for the appointment.

After the outing Alex was hungry and Dad gave her the option of PowerBars or Carrots. Once again Alex picked carrots!



Alex also got to have a video call on the computer with Poppie and Meme for a good 30mins. Afterwards Alex flipped through a few books and practiced standing at the same time.
