Alex went to the 5.30am swim this morning and then came home for a sleep. Once she woke up she had some oatmeal and Yoghurt for breakfast and then got ready to go to the 11.00am swim.

Mum dressed Alex nice and warm and then made sure she was strapped in the car seat properly.

All strapped in and nice and warm Alex was in the car ready to go whilst Mum ran inside to get some milk for later on.

Late in the afternoon it was a trip to the South Shore Hospital to Visit Dino and Kara and Mia. Alex got to say hi to Dino who is now a new Dad.

Kara was taking it easy in bed and holding onto Mia who is nearly 1 day old.



Dad tried to get a close up of the sleeping baby Mia.

Mum and Alex sat close by to Kara's bed as they chatted about Kara's delivery.
