Alex started the day off with a good breakfast of banana's and yogurt (the usual) and was still a little sleepy after eating. She had a few stretches and yawns and then it was back to bed.

After a short nap Alex ws full of energy so she played in her crib for a while with the sides up. She is not used to being in there so it was only a short while before she had had enough.

It was a nice day outside today, warmer than the last few and the sun was out. Alex enjoys walking down with Dad to get the mail and then carry the letters back.

Later in the evening whilst Mum was cooking dinner Alex was set up on the kitchen floor with books and the computer for entertainment.
