Alex spent the morning inside, mainly sleeping but when she was awake there was a little reading and playing on the floor crawling and sitting up. She was also 7 months old today.

By early afternoon it had warmed up quite nicely outside so Dad and Alex went for a good walk to Walmart for a couple of hours.



There was also plenty of eating today of apples, bananas and Yogurt. Alex seems to go through the milk supply quickly at night so hopefully eating more food during the day will consevre the milk supplies.

Alex also likes taking Dads hat off and trying it on for size.

Walking was on the cards with Mum this evening and Alex did well!
