Mum ran the 15mins from home to Frog pond whilst Dad drove with Alex so they could meet up and run together there. After about 30mins of running Alex fell asleep, Mum ran home and Dad walked to let Alex sleep before switching her to the car seat to come home.
Later in the afternoon it was time for swimming. There was a small group there because of the holiday weekend so Alex got to play with Mum and Carolyn before practice started.
And then a photo with Mum.
When swimming was finished Kara let Alex try her googles on for size!
After sitting with Dad all practice Alex said hello to Carolyn after she had finnished her swim and discovered hair. And wouldn't let go.
