After the big day yesterday Alex had a good sleep in and then went to the 11.00am swim with Dad. They took the jog stroller and met Mum there. Alex found a ballon left from yesterday that she took along for the ride.

Later in the day Alex spent some time with Mum and they were working on sitting.

Mum says that Alex has to sit before she crawls so they practiced alot.

Alex was getting the hang of it and also liked the attention she got as she did it.

Then she sat up with out her arms holding her up.
