Today was all about the 9.45am Dr's appointment which included the 5 month vacinations. Alex Started the day off with a good sleep in and then dressed in some new shorts that Mum bought a couple of days ago.
We needed two different photo's to see how good she looked in the new shorts.
Off to the Dr's office and Alex was weighed (16lbs 1oz) and then measured (26inches) (Mum thinks the Nurse is not very accurate with the measurements as 27 inches was the # she wanted to here)
It was sad to see Alex have to go through the experience, hopefully it was for some good as vaccinations are supposed to help but no one can prove it 100%. Once we returned home Alex slept for a good two hours, cracked a smile and was her normal self again.

After the weigh in and the measures were done it was wait for nurse Michelle to bring the needles.
First off it was swallow a dose in the mouth and then "pinch "pinch " a needle in each thigh! That's gotta hurt and Alex let out a small cry and stopped once Mum picked her up.
