Friday is the last day of the week with the early start and Alex woke at about 3.00am had some milk and back to sleep until coming to the 5.30am swim. She stayed awake for all but 5mins of it. Usually after the 5.30am swim she comes home and takes a good nap, but not today. She stayed awake all morning. On the way to the pool for the 11.00an swim Mum was singing a song to her . Alex was laughing alot whilst Dad couldn't wait to get to the pool.

Even on the walk into the pool Mum was still singing to her and Alex somehow liked it!

Later in the afternoon and Alex still hadn't taken a nap so we planned a walk to the bank but ended up chatting with Bob who got Alex laughing too (he didn't even need to sing!)

Dad and Alex sat out on the deck for a while and then Mum came out for 5mins.

And then the singing started again.

Later into the evening Alex sat in her high chair for some spoon feeding. She finnaly fell asleep at about 9pm.
