Alex started the day off early going to the 5.30am swim. She stayed awake for most of it and watched as everyone swam a workout for Andy Strehle's 40th birthday. Here she is just before swim started.

Home for a quick nap and then it was back to the pool for the 11.00am swim. Here she is hanging with Mum on the pool deck.

Later in the afternoon Alex got to count cars sitting on the deck and then when Mum came home they played as Dad got Alex to pose for a few shots.



Alex likes the camera and couldn't hold the smiles back.

Once it got a little late it was upstairs to bed. Alex likes to lay on the soft blankets and even fall back on it like a stunt Baby.

When she's ready for another landing she lifts her head.
