SLEEP was the word for today. Alex didn't sleep much at the 5.30am or the 11.00am swim. Here's a photo just after swim at the pool.

So with not much sleep in the morning Alex made up for it later in the day, from about 12.15 right up to 5.00pm. Mum was practicing up on her Slingo (a poker/bingo kind of game) whilst Alex slept.

Later on Alex went for a walk to the Bank with her Dad and then spent some time upstairs swinging whilst her Mum typed emails. Tomorrow should be a little more action full day!
