Alex started the day off with a 45min walk whilst her mother was out running. She even got to go a little faster than a walk at times, hopefully she can sit in the jog stroller soon and then she can really start to move along.

It was a warm day out so before we went to the 4pm swim she took a nice bath to cool down and scrub up!

At 4pm swim she stayed awake for most of it but was getting hot so she got cofortable with just a shirt which helped her take a nap.

After practice Carolyn got to say hello. After a trip to France she could see all the changes in Alex over the past two weeks.

And then there was a smile competition and just this once Carolyn took the honours!
