Alex woke up at 4am this morning and after a quick drink she was back sleeping again and skipped on going to the 5.30am swim. Later on at about 8am she was awake and was served breakfast in bed. Polished it off pretty quick and back for another snooze!

She slept right up until 10.30am when it was time to go to the pool for master's swim.

Everyone is friendly at swim and they all look forward to seeing Alex before they jump in the pool. Here's Julie at the start of practice having a chat with Alex.

After swim it was into the car seat with Mum's company for the 2minute ride to get home.



With all the sleeping this morning, Alex was full of energy and she got to play on her stomach, read a few books and listen to some music. Another of her favourite things to do is hang out in the small swing and keep an eye on her mother typing on the computer.
